Aliphatic-monomer waterborne non-ionic curing agent with excellent anti-yellowing; crosslinks most neutral waterborne polymers to raise hardness, water and chemical resistance and adhesion, with a 5–6 h open time.
Curing Agent · Non-Ionic
YT-1102 is a waterborne non-ionic curing agent synthesised from aliphatic monomers. It has excellent anti-yellowing performance and can serve as a crosslinker for most neutral waterborne polymers, giving coatings higher hardness, water resistance, chemical resistance and adhesion. The product is used as a two-component system and provides a long activation open time when dispersed into the emulsion.
Two-component use: a 5–6 hour open time ensures the job can be completed. The product can be thinned with non-hydroxyl solvents such as ketones, esters, glycol ethers and ether esters, but the water content of the thinning solvent must meet polyurethane grade.
Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry place for 6 months. Once the lid is opened, use the product as soon as possible.
