YT-6359 is a large-particle waterborne micro-dispersion anti-scratch additive developed independently by our company. It offers good dispersibility, miscibility and water-thinnability — it can be diluted with water at any ratio and still keeps excellent stability after dilution. The product is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive. As a matte wax-paste type additive, it delivers scratch and abrasion protection together with strong matting effect.

YT-6359 is a matte wax paste: the higher the addition level, the greater the effect on gloss — 5% addition reduces 60° gloss by about 20 units. In a suitable topcoat emulsion, 5%–10% addition gives good abrasion resistance with a clear matting effect. Caution: do not blend with C16 alcohol-ester raw materials, as YT-6359 tends to flocculate with them.
Store at 5–35 °C in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Shelf life: 12 months. Avoid freezing and light exposure.
