Overview

YT-503 is an anionic aliphatic waterborne polyurethane dispersion that can be used as a heat-activated adhesive. It offers good bond strength, a relatively high activation temperature, excellent heat resistance and fast crystallization, together with good anti-blocking performance — suitable for adhesive coating applications that demand high activation temperature, bond strength and heat resistance.

Application Notes

For higher water resistance, add approximately 1%–5% crosslinker; mix the two components thoroughly before use. Do not mix with adhesives of a different nature.

Storage

Store at 5–30 °C; avoid freezing, high temperature and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
