YT-1040 is an anionic aromatic polyurethane dispersion independently developed by our company. It offers good water resistance, toluene resistance, flex resistance and extensibility, with uniform foaming, a soft hand and a relatively smooth base surface — suitable for sofa and shoe-lining leather base, and usable as an impregnation resin.

Foaming base process: add 20%–50% filler to the measured resin (ratio adjusted to the target hand), disperse thoroughly; add a suitable amount of foaming agent (3%–5%), foam to the target ratio and adjust viscosity to the proper range, then coat the prepared slurry onto the base fabric and dry to form. Impregnation process: dilute the resin solids to 10% or below, immerse the substrate, squeeze out excess liquid and repeat the impregnation–drying cycle several times until the required effect is achieved.
Store at 5–30 °C; avoid freezing, high temperature and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 6–12 months.
